I would like to preface this post by saying that I do not collect Britain’s save for a few of the elite/modern pieces. I do have a connection through their Deetail sets that brought me into the toy soldier world as a child but that is about it. With that said I saw the US Marine Museum Series recently at Sierra Toy Solider. These figures are brilliant, especially the Korean War, Chosin Reservoir piece. The features, poses and concept are all brought together in these figures, I just might have to pick up a few of them!

I agree 100%. Great concept. I have all but one in this series. I have them displayed with K&C,s early dress Marines & the K&C Iwo flag raising, looks good.

If you haven't got it, I really recommend the Korean War Chosin Reservoir figure - superbly modelled figure.

One of the things that appeals to me most about the series is the fact that they can easily be displayed individually. The more I see them, the more like them!

The Korean War guy looks to have a nicely sculpted M1 and I will buy him. How's the look of the Vietnam War soldier? I was thinking of buying one for a gift and one for myself. Also I was surprised to see and want to get the upcoming RAF Lewis gunner in the sandbag emplacement.

I would say that the Vietnam War soldier is second only to the Korean War soldier.

I like the upcoming Spanish-American and Banana wars ones.

Yea, and there only $32, not $45!
