Some unpainted Pike & Musket figures were included in the diorama at the West Coaster. These figures look fantastic. Considering they haven't even been master painted yet, any good guesses on approximately when they would be released?

They are good even without the paint. Looking forward to these. Seem these might be based on the 4 Musketters who were around in this period. Would think these 'masters' would be upwards of 3 months in advance of the finished article. Andy has been rolling this series initially very fast, but I think it will slow down as it has a long way to go and has depth. Robin.

These look great - yes, looks like the Musketeers and Cardinal Richelieu (among others)
I bet these will sell well, both to us as well as literary fans.
Nicely done Andy and all the folks at K&C

As to when will they be ready.....Not soon enough! {sm4}

Looks interesting! I guess the 17th century is going to be getting lots of attention from K&C over the next few years. I recently got interested in reading Dumas' The Three Musketeers after watching the new BBC drama, which is loosely based on Dumas' book, so I'll be interested in seeing how this range develops.
Cheers,
Brendan

I like the look of the three/four (?) musketeer prototype figures. Cardinal Richlieu also looks very impressive in his armour. Perhaps Milady will make an appearance?

In one of the sequels to the Three Musketeers "Twenty Years After" the Musketeers attempt to rescue Charles I (and in doing so encounter Milady's son bent on revenge). So the Musketeer figures will go nicely with the Civil War range.

What I like is the colour. Robin.

If I am not mistaken, the BR054 wagon produced for the American Revolution Series has the same coloration as the artillery pieces here. Although a few years out of production, the wagon itself is very well done, as is the horse.

Also think the AR068 cannon (part of a 4 piece set, 3 figures) has a similar coloration.

Funny you should mention the wagon as i bought it on Ebay only today, thinking it is close enough in history to use with my ECW. Agree if nothing else, the horse looks good, you must be reading my mind{eek3}, Robin.

A GOOD EYE!
I took out my AWI BR54 wagons and AR068 cannons and ... within the color variation of computer screens ....they are a very, very close match!
