How about a little model of the US Bulldozer? It was also used by the British Airborne and flew to Arnhem in a horsa glider!

too niche, would be better for dozer Sherman or even a Sherman Crab or Sherman T34 Calliope or Tulip. while I would also like to see a centaur tank with a few new RMs for D-Day.

Niche?

It was used by US engineers, the USAAF, marines in Pacific?

hi Scott,
speaking personally...I could see this little 'Dozer' more with the Marines and 'Seabees' in the Pacific than with the Airborne in Europe.
Best wishes and happy collecting,
Andy.

One Bulldozer in the different shades of green and markings would fulfil collectors wants, if there was enough interest and Dozers have come up in several peoples suggestions recently and I would probably go for a Pacific / Vietnam Marine one.

Shame as there was one that was delivered to Arnhem by horsa glider. A feat in itself given the weight of the dozer. The dozer was taken and parked outside of the Hartenstein Hotel for most of the battle. In the past you have produced a car with:

RAF Markings
3rd Infantry Division Markings
Captured by German markings
Bomb Disposal markings.

All with limited numbers. Why not do the same with the dozer?

Airborne one for British 1st Airborne
Airborne one for 101st Glider Inantry
Airborne one for 82nd glider infantry
USMC one
USAAF one
Standard us Infantry one

Or....How about just a green shade of tractor with no figure or driver or markings. This way collectors could mark them up as they see fit!

YES!!! {sm4}

A while ago I mentioned a Pacific "Seabee" set to go along with my superb USMC sets.

Some guys with picks and shovels; shirtless under the scorching sun.
Some guys laying landing strips, unloading crates and much more.
Add a bulldozer (or three) and some trucks and .. :rolleyes: wow what a scene.

Then place my K&C Corsairs making an emergency landing with other Marines mechanics are fixing another … ^&grin {sm3}

Larry, I can envisage a Corsair, it's .50 blazing away and roaring in low, almost on the deck, as it supports ever closer, their unforeseen and unknown buddies of foot slogger Marines as they wade ashore and hit Jap resistance,
