Here is the V2 prototype. I don't know much about it except it drew allot of attention and they're will be many accessories when they release this set.

Never bought anything Figarti but the idea of a full (?) mobile launch set rocks. I'll be watching developments.

Who has a picture of the soldiers that operate the V2?

I believe the figures that are due to come with the V2 are the three guys stood to the right of it in the photo (pointing up). Sorry for the lack of detail, but it may give you an idea...

I think these figures are awesome. Excellent detail and body language.

The figure in civi's looks like a pretty good representation of Von Braun?

The officer in the middle looks to be about the best figure Figarti has done to date. The posing, sculpting and painting of this particular figure add up to an A+ in my book.

I agree, the proportions look dead on as well as the detail in the uniforms and great shading.

Nice !!!

now figurati only needs to make a fuel truck and a missile transport truck so that I can complete my V2 rocket base diorama.

Or should I add also some factories like in Penemunde...

Have fun...

I think these are planned as part of the V2 release . . . at Chicago Rick hinted that when it all comes out collectors would be able to make a complete V2 diorama.

That looks fantastic. I have never bought anything from Figarti, but the V-2 is at the top of the '08 list.

They look really good don't they.I preordered a V2 with Clive at the show and can't wait to get it.Those figures that come with it are vey nice indeed,i look forward to having the whole set up.

Those figures look as good or better than the ones that come with the V-1 sets (which already have noticeably improved facial details from the switch to 1:30 scale). The two officers are clearly SS based on the cufftitle which makes sense because the SS took over administration of the V-2 program. However, and it's hard to tell, but it looks like they may have rectangular Heer/Wehrmacht collar litzen (stripes) - shouldn't they have standard square black SS collar patches with the rank on the left patch and "SS" on the right? It may just be the angle of the photo that makes it difficult to tell one way or the other.

Also, the tunic of the officer in the middle seems a bit short below the belt for a German tunic, but it is possible that since he's an officer, it was custom tailored for his proportions.

Perhaps they can also make a train for the V2 rockets...

something like this :

Looks like Rick and his team have made a marked improvement in figures.
