Hi Everyone:
Just finished up the Valley Forge show today and headed to Hackensack tomorrow. Also spent a day at Jim Hillestads open house on Thursday. After three days of setting up and tearing down displays of toy soldiers I am doing it in my sleep.
It has been a great, very energizing couple days. While you all give great support, ideas and encouragement on the forum, it is also wonderful to see the look on folks faces when they see 6 feet of Yorktown or the latest Indian Mutiny samples set up.
We had 32 feet of display at Valley Forge - it kind of even blew me away seeing it all set out - never quite realize what has developed over the last 18 months.
Read the thread on old figures - nice to see such passion - from all collectors and many sides of the fence as it were.
Hope to see you guys at a show sometime soon. I think my wife hopes to see me at home some time soon too!
Be good,
Richard
