I missed the original metal release on these and ended up buying most of mine on ebay. I paid an average of slightly below the original prices, some higher, some lower. The problem, as you note, is availability. I did complete the series with all the ones I wanted but some took quite a while to get. The ones shown in that link are for the most part, not the more popular of the series so I would say those prices are not representative.
Don't know if he plans to reissue them or whether thats it.

Those original two are from Conte's ebay store. All in the search are Conte figures.
Also I think he must raise the prices of his products as the avalibility of the item becomes scarce at his new warehouse imo.
No problem. I wouldn't be too concerned about your purchase just yet though; 3 days is a huge amount of time on Ebay. Many bidders, myself included, do not consider bidding until the last hour, if not minutes, so listen to the Fat Lady.Thanks for the info Spitfrnd!
Scott, I don't think he has simply forgotten, as I recently bought a item for $100 on Buy it Now from him (5 figures and terrain base), and now I just saw the same item from him on ebay for bids with 0 bids and about 3 days left for $70, not complaining as it was my fault for buying through buy it now, just wished I had waited for a bid auction!
