I picked up another set of these very rare Russian Cossacks special ordered from Collectors Showcase. There were only 12 sets of 4 figures made on special order so there are only 48 of these figures total and I now have 9 of them. I was wondering if anyone here has any of the other 39 figures left???
I posted on here when I found the first 5 that I picked up and Brian from Collectors Showcase confirmed that he had made this limited run. Here is a link to the first thread.

The figures are well sculpted and painted, I wish he would have done more Russians. A set of Russian Cuirassiers would have been great!

Here are the new ones along side some K&C french!

Congrats Fish, how lucky you are to have such fine looking cavalrymen charging across your battlefields. Pretty cool that they are so rare and you have such a good chunk of them.

Great pics!!

I have 8 of them and I wish TCS would make more Russians.
Well that,s 17 accounted for! That leaves 31 still out there somewhere, I wonder if any omre are owned by forum members here????
Yes it would be great to see some Russians, Prussians or Austrians from TCS! Everyone does British, its getting old. I would like to see a nice cavalry set from any of those but Russian Cuirassiers would be my top pick!^&cool

Does private collectors getting sets made occur often?I would imagine it could get expensive paying for the sculpting, molds castings. The best known private collection I know of is Peter Jackson of LOTR fame had some WWI ANZACS made for his collection by the Perry brothers who are very well known in the wargaming community.
