How do you get the machine gunner to stick.
I cannot get that right.

Ha! its tricky, you have to just try each side and find the one that

seems to suit him!:) I have several of that figure so I tried them all until one

just seemed to fit perfectly. Now he is snug enough for me to move the

Huey around for pictures and light dusting while he just sits tight!:)

Thanks for posting the pics Njja. That Huey is a great looking piece!! I hope someone manufactures one in the near future. I have 3 uncles that were in Vietnam and the only storys they would share with me were about those Hueys.

:D Hahahaha! You need a few of that figure if you want one to survive. Of all the figures, that one is the one I see with a bent ankle, dinged helmet, bent gun, smashed nose - all on one figure.

I got to meet a real huey gunner who was awarded a Medal of Honor. He was a nice guy but the story was wrenching.

Yes he is like a little bowling ball. I remember first seeing that set in your shop! I loved the figure with the 7th Cav hat.......the others had to grow on you!:D

Now I have 3 sets guarding the Firebase, its all in figuring out just how to position that figure. I have one on the wall, one in a jeep, and the other in the huey........now just walk softly!:D

Interesting tho collecting these doesnt appeal much as does traval to the area for some reason.

Well I certainly agree about the travel part......old Don Johnson lost a bundle

on his Vietnam Casino resort idea.

The series, I feel honor all the brave young men that went there and did their

duty when their country called them, just as they do today.
