This is W. Britain's set #11 from Regiments of All Nations:Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) Charging with Piper produced 1946-60.

The reason they have the piper as any thrifty Scotsman can tell you is that after all that "charging" they'll have to eventually "Pay the Piper."
