Old Pathé newsreel of Britains factory tour(apologies if this has been previously posted):
The Anne S.K. Brown toy soldier collection at Brown University(includes some boxed and unboxed prewar Britains).
BTW: Mrs. Brown began collecting toy soldiers while on her honeymoon in Europe in 1930-what a lady!(hope some wives of
other toy soldier collectors are reading this ). Her collection eventually reached approximately 5000 figures.
She also amassed thousands of military prints-some of which are included in books published by Schiffer Military History, i.e. Queen Victoria's Army in Color, British Army Uniforms in Color, and The Kaiser's Army.
