Hi Guys,
A few weeks ago I took the family to Hong Kong for a week. My kids were born there and I lived there for 20 years and we had not been back since 1997.

Naturally I visited King and Country. Whilst we have seen some images of the shop on the forum I thought some may be interested in some more images of the shop displays plus some images I took in K&C HQ.

A bit of info about the shop location. Located in Pacific Place a major shopping centre just above Admiralty Mass Transit Railway Station. Very easy to find as Admiralty is on the boundary between Central and Wanchai. Also above the centre are the Shangri-La, Conrad and Marriot Hotels. Nearby is the Peak Tram, Wanchai bar area, and about 10 minutes walk to Star Ferry and main Central office / bank area. There is a park behind the centre.

Pacific Place is upmarket in terms of the tenants such as Gucci, Hermes, Zara, Harvey Nichols etc. Next to K&C is a chocolate shop and Lladro (pics to come). In the basement area there are several good restaurants. We went to Dan Ryans (steak house style) an old family favourite (level below K&C and near to the cinemas). In the basement there was a reasonably priced place called the Metropolitan Cafe.

More to follow. First batch kindly uploaded by Jules.
Regards
Brett

The next photos are from the central display in the shop which is SOHK. This series is the most popular in the shop.

Thanks for posting Brett and Jules . Love the WWII harbour scene
guy:)

Pic of chocolate shop next door (one for the wife if you are occupied in K&C) and of a Lladro item in nearby shop window. The horse racing item was about 200mm in scale and was about US$15,000.

Brett, Really enjoyed viewing the photos.Thanks to Jules for posting them for us !!! {bravo}}

Yes, Brett, thanks indeed. Wonderful displays and isn't that what this hobby is about.

The interesting thing about K&C HQ is the items you see around the place some of which not allowed to photo (sorry Jules). For example behind the white board was a large framed Green Berets movie poster signed by John Wayne and others.

That's alright Brett...Seeing this little badboy in the corner got me going
