Amazing timing. Bastille Day followed by World Cup Victory Day.
Spotted on a notice, last Friday, outside the Consul's office in Edinburgh, that they were having a party to celebrate the 14th of July. I suspect it rolled into another one after the final of the World Cup. Also suspect the staff in the Consul's office will have Monday off or if in work ,hope for a very quiet day.
