We are pleased to present the next release in our Vietnam figure range, sets VN018-VN021. These sets add some of the heavy weapons to our coverage of the US 25th "Tropic Lightning" Infantry Division. Set VN018 Browning M2 MG Team consists of two figures firing away through the jungle or from a base camp. VN019 M2 Mortar Team is likewise manning their mortar and engaged with the enemy. Sets VN020 and VN021 offer two single figures that complement these sets. VN020 is an NCO directing the fire of these heavy weapons teams while VN021 is a private firing away in support with his M-16.

VN018 US 25th Infantry Division Browning M2 MG Team - $149.95
VN019 US 25th Infantry Division M2 Mortar Team - $149.95
VN020 US 25th Infantry Division NCO Directing Fire with CAR-15 - $69.95
VN021 US 25th Infantry Division Kneeling Firing M-16 - $69.95

This range really is one of our internal favorites, so fans of it should be assured that we will continue to expand it. The possibilities for what we can do with this range are nearly endless because of the vast amount of first hand reference material available. We do hope you enjoy these latest figures!

Best,

Wonderful releases and in my particular case just what I needed since I'm intending to build a dio depicting a base camp!

These look great! This batch of figures makes me wanna jump back into this range (That is just the US side).

Great series......would be great to see Vietnamese villagers and farm animals along with a few Hutches.
Next we need the APC M113 which was ubiquitous in Vietnam in many variations.

I am so happy this range is continuing.

And don’t ask me why but I think VN 21 is my favorite of this bunch. Perhaps it is the shooting pose.

My first impression was the same..VN021 is outstanding..the pose is really natural ,reminds me of the marine shooting the vietnamese in FMJ, just before "Surfing Bird"...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxgF2cx7gyk . I started collecting VN figures, there are a lot of possibilities (the Marines from Hue battle , distinctively different from the army guys, special forces..etc.), now i wait for Sgt. Elias of Platoon to be realized..!

Excellent post! Every time I set these up or even look at them I get the need to watch Platoon or FMJ.

I'm just waiting VN004 (i have first hand intelligence that the figure portrays Charlie Sheen in Platoon) and VN011, so it's a little early to set up a dio..by the way i'm eager to see if some other member of the TF forum has done it.

Another great range that I once collected and will slowly but surely be getting back into. Got this fella at the Michigan Toy soldier Extravaganza today.
