Come out and join us in commemorating the final days of the American Civil War at the Appomattox Courthouse 150th Anniversary event this week. General Manager Ken Osen will be on hand to sign figures and talk toy soldiers at the NPS adjunct gift shop. We hope to see you there!

I can't believe how many people were here yesterday, the 150th anniversary. Today is wet and foggy and it is already seeing good visitation. I will try to post a few pictures later.

I thought some of you might enjoy a couple of pictures I took while we were at Appomattox. This one was taken early in the morning during a cavalry skirmish. I liked the troopers holding the horses...very much like our upcoming release this fall...

thank you for the photo - i can hardly wait. I have been bugging you about horse holders, extra saddled horses and mounted confederate and union cavalry for awhile now. Is there any mounted confederate or union cavalry in the near future? Ps - confederate dismounted cavalry as well? While i am at it how about supply wagons and maybe a caisson? Keep the great figures coming. Thanks and take care. Rick

i have been waiting since this post of new acw figures - horse holders and cavalry that is coming out - it has been a little while - i was hoping that you would have posted some sneek peak photos of these items ? Ken, any news on any ACW releases for this fall? Are horse holders included or anything else such as limbers for the artillery? Or are you going to continue with the Little Round Top theme? Thx Chris
