I know yesterday was Sunday and all the talking heads on the various national news channels were off but flipping thru stations last night I could find nothing on this. Even in todays St louis newspaper it was on a back page. I'll bet if an unarmed black teenager was killed by a white police officer all days off would have been cancelled and these same talking heads would have been ordered back to their respective news stations.
Personally I could have cared less if 50 of these bikers had been killed but I thought this was a major news story.

How can anyone fight at a "Twin Peaks" restaurant? It's like a Hooters restaurant on steroids but with really good food.

Hooters on steroids...hahaha...

the Chicken Fried steak is bigger than the plate...

50 large screen tv's with every sport you can imagine...

it's one of our "go to" places after a round of golf...

not to mention the Twin Peaks girls...

I find it interesting that on the first photo one person supposedly is from Norway and one from Germany. I should have known that the US attracts tourists who would like to shoot at other people during their vacation the same way Canada attracts Americans who need an affordable medical treatment. I suspect each country deserves the tourists it attracts.

actually...

I'm not subscribing to the theory that the US attracts tourists who like to shoot people on their vacations...

most motorcycle clubs have chapters they have established all around the world...
from all of Europe to Australia...

from the Hell's Angels to the Monguls...

most MC clubs have worldwide chapters...

Twin Peaks; that's a weird name for a restaurant, I don't get what the name is in reference...................

Ok, saw the pictures of the "TWIN PEAKS" girls; it's all coming together for me now............{eek3}

George...

you guys don't have Twin Peaks up there?

if not...it would be one of your favorite restaurants...

a sport fan's fantasy...good food and tons of eye candy...

everything on their tv's from MMA to golf...from hockey to boxing...

you guys do have Hooters don't you?

I guess they don't call that town Waco for nothing.

Waco, Texas has some history...

this is also the home to the famous Davidian Cult Siege in the 90's...

4 ATF fatalities along with 1/2 dozen Branch Davidians...

the rumor is that there is something in the water...^&grin...

Mike,

"you guys don't have Twin Peaks up there?"................sadly, no; I'm going to bombard their company HQ to get one built up the street from my house ASAP.

"you guys do have Hooters don't you?".................sadly, yes; they are awful, the eye candy is not very good, the food is even worse.

Next line; "Who goes there for the food?"........................:wink2:

George...sadly...that is true...

I can only eat so many chicken wings...

and the eye candy is not what it used to be...
all the national advertisements I see...
they are not using the girls from our location...

here's a funny story on a Hooter's lawsuit...which was wrong in so many ways...

-------------------------------------------------------

Former Hooters waitress settles toy Yoda suit

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (AP) — A former waitress has settled her lawsuit against Hooters, the restaurant that gave her a toy Yoda doll instead of the Toyota she thought she had won.

Jodee Berry, 27, won a beer sales contest last May at the Panama City Beach Hooters. She believed she had won a new Toyota and happily was escorted to the restaurant's parking lot in a blindfold.

But when the blindfold was removed, she found she had won a new toy Yoda — the little green character from the Star Wars movies.

David Noll, her attorney, said Wednesday that he could not disclose the settlement's details, although he said Berry can now go to a local car dealership and "pick out whatever type of Toyota she wants."

After the stunt, Berry quit the restaurant and filed a lawsuit against Gulf Coast Wings, the restaurant's corporate owner, alleging breach of contract and fraudulent misrepresentation.

The restaurant's manager, Jared Blair, has said the whole contest was an April Fools' joke.

No sense of humor, what-so-ever.:rolleyes2: -- Al

We don't have any Twin Peaks here, at least the restaurant. But I really did't get the name until I read George's post, now it's clear.

Mike,
That is a classic story, thanks for posting it.

Like Al said, wow, no sense of humor, I think that's hysterical.

Then again, taking a look at the expression on her face, she looks like she's a laugh a minute to be around...........................:rolleyes2:

I do believe these are worth fighting for.:wink2:;)^&grin
