Pat sent some figures for touch up. he wanted to see a Lancer that was similar in nature too. Some areas I did not work on. Original paint was fine, hence the dirt is still there. It will need to be cleaned with soft brush and polished.:D

Hi, Drac!

Are those from Tradition's toy soldier line, or from some other maker?

Prosit!

Ah, OK, makes sense. The casting for the arm with the lance reminded me of LMM Prussian cuirassiers that I have. The lance tip is a little indistinct from both makers. And the LMM figures are a little broad across, too, like these lancers are.

LMM was making figures to be compatible with old Britains, but to fill gaps in the range, with sets that Britains never made, especially from the Imperial German army.

Looking good, prost!

Nope Pats' figures are Blenheim. Mine, who knows?

Hi Michael,

"Blenheim", now thats a name you don't hear very often, they made some excellent stuff in their day. Btw I see the Highlander in the background has been undercoated and has a coat of flesh already.

Yes he does. Several of them waiting to go. Custom tartans can be done to make your own Clans' Pipe Band!
