Impressive collection mate, you have some real beauties there. Here are my corgi/ fraklinmint/etc warbirds.
All of these planes right here are autographed by him.
As we have discussed before, I think the Corgi 1/32 aircraft were most impressive. I have three now, including one that cost me a wee bit more than retail since it has been retired for several years. I also have great hopes for the Hobby Master 1/32 line. I have been tempted by the Dauntless but (fortunately for my finances) the one I would have likely sold out before I learned about them and I don't like the aircraft enough to chase it above retail. The level of detail is extraordinary. Be sure to look at the more pictures as well.

I remain hopeful that they will expand the line and my resistance on the remaining releases of this one is getting weaker.
Now that is interesting news, where did you get titbit per chance? If they do a 190, hopefully they will follow with a Mk 9 (and NOT a P-51DWas lurking around a couple of model shops today and was very impressed with the Hobbymaster Dauntless(saw 2/3 of the variants currently available in 1/32). They have only one model so far but I think the next one in pipeline is the FW190-A8. Very impressive detail and finish![]()

While not cheap, that seems quite reasonable for the level of detail and the exposable and working parts. I am still not sure I am going to be able to resist the dauntless. Did you notice the alternative rear guns and the working storage as well as dive brakes, flaps, control surfaces canopiesWasn't specifically looking for planes yesterday but spotted the hobbymaster in two shops, I was very impressed with it but was told this was the only 1/32 model so far. Did a search on the aircraft forums and found an announcment from hobbymaster about the next model but no pics yet. Fine level of detail in them and they look fanatsticThe price was around $180. Might stretch the budget and get the next german model if its as good as the dauntless just released. In the meantime I contented myself with a considerably cheaper 21st Century ME262

To me, that makes them more desirable, not to mention more cost effective, than those in the thread that started this discussion. Each to his own but you can have 5 of these amazing models with working parts for each one of the others with no working parts.![]()
LOL, stop it mate, you are threatening my fragile budget allocations. It was impressive to look at, there were a few corgi planes set up in the shop and franklin mint ones as well but the hobbymaster model outshone them all. The different movable detail was very well done![]()
