I saw the polish classic Kanal 1957 on the weekend. As the title indicates a lot of the movie is shown in the warsaw sewer system. It was quite good following a band of polish resistance fighters ie home front in the last days of the uprising. I can see why it makes the list of top 100 movies. Surprisingly you see very little of the germans on screen which adds to the suspense. you do see goliath tracked mines which I have never seen in a movie before......
