Hi

this firm in Italy has been releasing some really well sculpted Napoleonics in 1/72nd and I have the impression that they are going to release more sets in 1/32nd scale.

I paint 1/72nd and 28mm as well as 1/32nd, so I get to see the 1/72nd figures that they have released and I am very impressed by their British Heavy Dragoons 1812-1815 period and their Highlanders of the Napoleonic era which will both be great additions to their 1/32nd sets if they are released

They are easy to find on a search to check out their range of figures

Regards
Dave

They have some nice sculps in the works....probably for 1/72 but they have made the odd 1/32 set.

Yeah, I recall now there's a size-reduction part of the process. The detail looks very good!

Some sweet sculpts; my experience with Italeri (extensive over the years) is they too often tend to muck up something in the final product. When they first came out it was silver plastic that was a bear to properly cover - even with two coats of primer. They got that squared away and then produced some GIGANTIC "1/72 scale" figures. Now, their plastic (and this is a matter of taste and opinion) is super stiff and somewhat fragile. But these look okay; if the scale is right I would probably buy at least a couple boxes of 1/72 scale figures and modify them as needed for accuracy depending on what I was going to use them for, they are definitely light infantry figures and one could even maybe use them for later Line Grenadiers depending on the length of their tails. I'd even be tempted to buy them for 1/32 scale - if the plastic wasn't too stiff.
