WBritain collectors club free gift vouchers(question) (1 Viewer)

I will like to know where you WBritain collectors club members use this gift vouchers.
In monday i get two gift vouchers since i am a member of this club.
One is a loyalty voucher and one is a Holiday voucher,both of them make me very happy.
So i decide to go shopping and to use this vouchers too.
First i wish to shop at www.wbritain.com but i didnt see no option for vouchers at the end of purchase.
Now i know that i must write about vouchers in comment space.That time i didnt know how to use them(vouchers) so i go shop at modelzone.There was a schock because they tell me that i can not use them in their shop.
Than i write to Wbritain collectors club and i ask them why not and they tell me that they must take my vouchers.
I do not wannt to argue or force peopel to use them i just do not understand why is this such a problem?
So that is why i open this tread to hear from you where you use this vouchers (in which shop) and if you have some problems when you try to use them?
What is also a procedure to use this vouchers because there is no code number or anything like that?

Hi Ales,

I have used mine with Shannon at TF and there has never been an issue. I also have used them with a vendor in the UK but that was several years ago and they may not take them anymore. Its probably best if some one from Britains Club actually answers the question.

Many dealers will not take the voucher so you need to ask your dealer before you buy.
