As you all know,the Wbritain started in 1893 and i think they were the first who ever produce toy soldiers(they invent this beautyfull hoby).After 100 years they give us the Collectors Club.
What i was trying to say is that there are many other factory's today who produce their own toy soldier figures,BUT ONLY ONE IS THE BEST(Wbritain).I also like King and country,John Jenkins design,First Legion,...but all of this will not hapened if the Wbritain didnt invent this beautyfull hoby.Now a lot of them copy them,but i wonder if they will be still around after 116 years like WBritain is stay with us.Also when the WBritain open Collectors Club,other manufacturer follows with their collectors Club.
The Wbritain is always step ahead from the others.The others can follow but they can not beat the "teacher".The WBritain collectors club is not just free figure,limited figures,...it is also words,thoughts,care,....it is a lifestyle.
So now i will open (and registered!) a WBritain Fan Club.You all are invited!
As a first president of this club let me show you a program:
-we will also print our own magazine,where will be a lot of interwievs with the collectors,photos of their collections,....there will be open market so people can trade their figures,future plans,news,....
-we will ask the WBritain company that every year they will make a Toy soldier figure ONLY for the members of Wbritain Fan Club!
(what range,the fans,members of this club will vote,and the winning range will go to the WBritain that they will made for us EVERY YEAR!)
-we will organize the meetings,the shows,trade shows,galerys,photo contest,...for all the members of our Club.
-we will also organize some auctions,prize contest for rewards,...
-the purpose of this Club is to united all the WBritain's Fans from all over the world and gather new members,new collectors for the WBritain Company,so there is many ways how we will make this happened:
1-we will print our special T-shirts and organise the Wbritain Fan Club Walk from one country to another country,or from one town to another town,....wearing the T-Shirts of our club,and give people flyers of our Club,the websites of our Club,the magazines of our Club(and also WBritains websites,magazines,...)so that peopel from all over the world will get to know about our club and they are welcome to join in
2-we will organise "charity dance" this mean that every member will buy or rent a Custume of one of the soldier range WBritain produce(Napoleonics,Zulu,Civil War,WW2,....) and come to dance alone or with his partner,and we will also auction some figures,sale our magazines,t-Shirts with our club,....and donate the monney to charity
3.we will make our own website for the members so they can read the news,look at the photos,share thoughts,....
4.we will also open the shop where it can be buy WBritains products
5.we will also open a little museum with the old and rare WBritains figures so that people can look at it
6.we will also open an repair shop where members can bring their old and broken figures and the master will repair them,re-paint them,....
7.we will make and host some galerys where people(visitors) can look at the dioramas we build and see the famous battles,....
8.a lot of other fun stuff we all agree on

So everyone who wannt to become a member of this Club,please join in.YOU ARE ALL WELCOME! and bring fresh ideas,wishes,goals,...and together we will make this happened.

We will also discuss about the membership,the rules,how we will raise monney for the magazine,shop,repair shop,...the future plans!And every member can vote or be voted for a president,public relations,cashier clerk,....JOIN IN!

Wow! A shop,museum AND repair shop!.Where is all this money for this going to come from?!!.You will have to charge a fortune to join Ales.

nah,it will not be so much expensive,because the repair shop can be together with the ordinary shop or even better with the museum.
The museum we just need to rent the place and than collectors will bring their toy soldiers and we will put them under the glass so everybody can look but no one can touch and after some time collectors will take them back home and some other collectors will bring there stuff.I am sure collectors will be happy to share with others their collections and after one period maybe one month,they will take it home and some other will show his collection,....and our club will buy some rare stuff from the ebay and some other auction and this will be in museum for ever because it will belong to a club and not to a collector.
Same thing about the shop,we just need to rent a place and we will sale WBritain products,i am sure WBritain will also be interested because we will sale their products.
Monney for the rent we will get from collectors who will pay a one year fee maybe 10 euro(we will discuss for price on the club meeting) and for this price the collector will also get club magazine we will print,and free enter to a museum,auctions,clib meetings,charity dance,....our club will also participate in sport events,recreation events,maybe we will organise a picnic,painball,barbecue,....and all this will be just for club members.And with the monney we will raise we will pay for the rent.And we will sale tickets to the visitors who can visit a museum so this monney we will use for rent and other cost,we will also buy new rare WBritain figures,....and the repair shop will also finance their self with their work.And we will also buy broken WBritain figures and than repair it in the repair Shop and sale it when they will be repair or put them in th emuseum.If any on eof the collectors wish to buy this old-new repair figure he can if there is no interest than we will decide it if we put in the market(ebay,magazines,...) or in to the museum if it is rare and interesting piece.

well,now,this is a very good question.
I was thinking this club must be somewhere else than UK and USA,for many reasons:
-Uk and USA are already familiar with the work of WBritain so it will not be nothing new for them
-we need to explore the limits of this club by telling other people around the world which are not so familiar in the work of WBritain,like my country Slovenia(maybe i am the only one who knows about WBritain,which is terrible by my opinion)
-in my country the rent of a place for shop and museum is cheaper than in USA or UK
-since my country was once part of Yugoslavia(and Yugoslavia have more than 20 million people) this is a good opurtunity to tell them about WBritain as a manufacturer(because we will also spread the words and news from our beloved company) so i am sure some new collectors from Ex Yugoslavia will join in and start buy new products.All new people(collectors) are always welcome because it is good for the busines for all of us.Old collectors can sale some stuff they do not need for new collectors so it is a very big advantage.
-i know the language of all ex-Yugoslav republic,so i can comunicate in a market of 20 million people
-Slovenia is also very close to a countries like Italy,Austria,Germany,Hungary,...which are also welcome to visit our museum and our club
-for all you people from Uk,USA,Belgium,France,Spain,....it will be a good opurtunity to com eto Slovenia for holiday and than also visit our museum,shop,...because Slovenia is a good place for holiday for all year(winter we have skiing,at summer we have beautyfull adriatic sea for swimming,at fall we have vineyards for testing wine,food,....we also have a lot of termal waters,spa,saunas,shopping centres(and the price are not too high).A lot of old people from Uk come to live in Slovenia for always,buy here houses,and enjoy the retiremnt,the clima,....you can check it out if you do not believe me.Once Croatia will join in the EU,than it will be massive attack from Uk because Croatia is even more great for holidays and to byu a house by the sea,so we need to be prepare for that times.It is like when old people go to Florida in USA,something like this will happened when old people from Uk go to Croatia.
-there are many other reasons,but it is not so immportant where the fan club is located because we will also have our own forum,website,email,...when we will meet and hang out all day so it is not important where this club will be located

Are there many collectors in ex-Yugoslavia? This Croatia and Slovenia part, the retired residents thing sounds very similar to Portugal's Algarve province.

well yes something like Algarve,but i think that in Algarve come more wealthy guests than in my country,but really there is a lot of britain people in Slovenia who buy here a house.
Well anyway,i do not know if here is a lot of collectors because here is no toy soldier shops.But this is tell nothing because people can buy from internet.
But people are the same everywhere so i am sure that if we give a chance to this people here(Slovenia,Croatia,Serbia,...)some of them among them will also be interested in this hoby,so this is why i open this Fan Club so that people can join in,can meet with the alike.
And the good thing is that we open this museum,shop,...so it will atract them and the Wbritain will get a new market to sale their products.
