Would someone explain to me what the relationship is between W Britain and First Gear? They seem to be the same company but when I wrote to First Gear about my disappointment in the constant delays in issuing new models and the unavailability of items supposedly available. I didn't get a reply so I'm wondering if I should have directed my concerns to W. Britain. Is First Gear the main retail outlet for W Britain or just an independent distributor or what?^&confuse

They own them; yes, you probably would have had better luck if you had contacted W Britain directly; and it probably would have been more appropriate to have posted this under the Britains Forum, not here under the General Toy Soldier Discussion Forum.
