This is a lousy cold snowy April. I don't think I have a weather related obsession like keeping bright lights on all winter but I noticed this last week I had the urge to make more orders then normal.
I know I am recovering from surgery but for some reason when I am not outside enough I feel I must make an order. My wife said one thing she will not tolerate now is me saying when I recover I will do my hobbies. Not till she has some fun. Maybe I just feel like getting some stuff and when she said go ahead I made 3 orders and counted it has one order. Devious. Well blame it on the ..... weather. Leadmen:(

not sure if weather, but i started back into toy soldier collecting after a long hiatus, while recovering from surgery and it's been downhill,in a good way, ever since

I have no such excuse. I started collecting when it was a nice sunny day!

So can I use the cold miserable weather we are having this "spring" as an excuse to order some more figures?

Glad to see you back on the forum Leadman. I hope you had a nice Holiday and may you keep improving. Take the wife on vacation, maybe to a place that just happens to have a Toy soldier shop.:D

No such excuse for me. No one to tell right now anyway:p I started buying outdoors at a flea market in the middle of summer. It was so hot that the bayonets and rifles were curling.:)

I think spring fever has something to do with it. I caught myself making selveral orders over the last month after a long winter slump.

Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall, if it is a bargin, I want it all. Never a bad time to get troops, only poor times. Glad your back Leadman, stay well. Mike.:)

It was kinda crummy out the other day so I placed an order to make me feel better, but then it was kinda nice out today and I placed another order. It might be everyday weather that effects me in buying.....
