Website log in period (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I keep getting logged out after a few mins. How do I resolve this?

It's not happening to me, Vic, so it may be something related to your platform and browser.

I'm running Firefox 65.0.2 on Win10, on a laptop and cable modem connection. What are you running, ie, laptop/desktop or mobile device, browser, connection, etc?

My apprehension about getting logged out is why I send only short thread responses.

Today, I don't seem to be experiencing the log out issue. Could the problem have been only from my end?

Victor,

That is good news! It could have been an odd setting on your browser. I was running tests yesterday on all browsers and the only time I was logged out was if I did not check the "Remember Me" box under the log in.
Hopefully it was a one time glitch and all should be good to go for you going forward!
