This is my personal favourite in Germany. Run by the Bundeswehr, they have been extremly helpful aiding my own research in the past and very well worth a vist. Bonus: Koblenz is a wonderful city with lots and lots of historical sites. Ships and boats of the "Roman Rhine Fleet" are on display at another museum as well.
