At the risk of sounding like a pandering wimp, I would like to give a well deserved thanks to many of the vendors of K&C products. I recently received a damaged piece, when I reported this to the vendor I received a replacement piece in a matter of days. This is not the first time I have received such excellent service. Three vendors in particular: Treefrog, Sierra Toy Soldiers and Sager's Toy Soldiers have all provided me with excellent customer service in the past. In this day and age of "too bad for you..." customer service, it is a pleasure to deal with such people. I hope we all appreciate them.

I'll second that SPICK.
I've had brilliant service from almost every USA dealer I've ever ordered from - and K&C UK are also outstanding.

Cheers

The best group of retailers I have ever dealt with are the K&C dealers. In 15 years I have only had a bad experience with one dealer. From the early dealers like Tony Ciccarello of the Toy Soldier Gallery, the Nevilles of K&C, UK, Matt Murphy of the Hobby Bunker and Pam Brunton of Brunton's Barracks, through to the newer dealers like our hosts the Reuss' of Treefrog, Bill Sager of Sager's Toy Soldiers, Tim Tyler of Troops of Time, and George Guererro of Minutemen Toy Soldiers, a better bunch of folks would be hard to imagine!:D
