Hi Y'all,
This post is to see if there are any other Civil War enthusiasts who are as particular as me about the type of slouch hats his/her Confederate toy soldiers have? My favorite has to be a slouch hat, worn by some of the Confederates who where mostly in the Western Theater, that had one side pinned up (similar to how a lot of the Iron Brigade soldiers wore their Hardee Hats). I wish there were more Confederates available in the 54mm range that fit this bill. (Collectors Showcase probably has the best representation of these hats from their Texas line) Anyway enough of my ranting. Anyone feel the same? Maybe a different preference?
P.S. If anyone has soldiers that fit this bill and are looking to part ways with them, I might just be interested in buyin
