'Wet Look' D-Day soldiers (1 Viewer)

Hi guys and gals. Was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to make the uniform/legs of a figure to look wet, such as the King and Country or Thomas Gunn sets?

Is it clear gloss nail polish on top of the painted areas?

Or a different method or item?

Scott, You may have to first add a darker green paint, let dry then add a clear gloss coat over the newly painted areas.
