If you are referring to the King and Country "P" sets they are (sort of) still happening.
For example, the K&C USMC figures are a real great deal at $39 / fig.
But And has also offered a few (SE) Special Edition sets:
USMC045(SE) / USMC049(SE) and USMC050(SE).
They are not called "P" but they are a similar concept. Pay a little more for the special detail and unique sets.
My three are waiting for me to pickup.
