What is written on the bottom of Britains Inniskilling Dragoons Active Service Order (1 Viewer)

I have a single Innisilling Dragoon and I can't figure out what the last word is on the bottom of the horse. I can make out Britains Copyright Made in England, what the last word I can't figure out. Some of the letters are "PROPR...."? Can it be PROPRITORS ?Thanks in advance for the help.

looks like it says copyright proprietors...
