Never seen one of these up close?
Are they made of resin?
As heavy as, for example K&C airplane models?

TIA

The P-38 is made out of a light-weight resin like that found in some limited-run model kits. Don't know about the others. DEFINITELY different material than that used by KC in it's polystone aircraft models (which are quite heavy).

Polyurethane, as told to me by Rick Wang several years ago.

Polyurethane resin is the resin used in polystone. Polystone consists of the resin and a filler material; typically metal or ceramic.
