What to populate your Dickens Village with (1 Viewer)

I've inherited my aunt's Department 56 Dickens Village and my wife and I can't stand the fact that the figures are our of scale with the houses - they are ridiculously big. I've heard that the houses roughly fall somewhere in the vicinity of 1/48th scale. Was wondering if anyone knew of Victorian-era figures that would fit better.

You'll need O scale figures then. Not that easy to find in winter garb as most don't model winter on their layouts.

I would try Walthers or these may work
