This series has been the joy of my toy soldier collection and I am curious where Britains is going to go with the AZW series. I assembled my Rorke Drift diorama today and with the Kraal almost fully developed and the evacuation of the hospital looking to be complete, I am left to wonder what there is still left t be done. I am thinking that Britains is thinking the same thing when they released a second Daulton figure (which is the first figure in the series that I have not purchased) or Zulu twilight. Is there anything the collectors want to still see? I am guessing you could do the relief column but do you really want to display each day of the battle: before the evacuation of the hospital, evacuation of the hospital and than the relief column. Another option is more one on one sets which seem to be en vogue right now. I believe Britains should push its resources towards Isandlawana before looking at other regiments such as the 3rd and 90th. Not sure if this is the start of something new or not, would other collectors also like guidance on that from Ken? We were rewarded with NNC figures this time around which I have been waiting for years for them to do and eventually we are going to get horsemen, the rocket battery, the remaining officers etc What are other AZW collectors thinking about the series.

I agree the Drift is done & dusted. Isandlawana still has potential, would like to see mounted figures including the rocket train. Sort of over endless foot figures, there is only so many poses you can do. Little Legion are on the money with their wagons, mules, heliograph, rocket sets, mounted etc. much more interesting, but of course they are in Gloss. For me no point in adding more red coats on foot when I already have enough to display at both battles as most are interchangeable. Robin.

Hopefully more casualty figures especially Zulus !,this would certainly add a great deal of realism to my diorama which is comprising of over 130 figures
