With the increase of prices over the last few years as well as buying a home my collecting days were slowing down but I am happy to day that I have just ordered the newer British Airborne sets from George at MM Toy soldiers and am also hoping to pick up a 1/32 Horsa glider by the end of the year.

Currently I have no room to display items but I am collecting for the day when I buy a big enough house with a decent sized loft and am able to display my collection there.

I sold a lot of my collection to build up some funds for the house including all my Napoleonic sets and decided to focus solely on WW2. Hopefully the end result of the bigger house with the large loft with9n the next 10 year's will have enough room for me to display a massive Arnhem diorama and a huge Omaha beach diorama which I have been gathering pieces for for several years.

I would also like to display my Arnhem '44 sets in a display cabinet and some other pieces too.

I may dip back into the BoB range and I am really liking the look of several Vietnam sets!

The possibilities are endless.

Thank you Andy for continuing to create great pieces!

I've been slowly building up my K&C Napoleonic collection, getting some on eBay when old one come up at a good price. Luckily I can repair the figures, so I'm always on the lookout for damaged ones that I can bring back 'to life'.

I always have figures to paint for other collectors, so that pays for my purchases, so it's a cost neutral hobby for me because my time pays for my collection and it's something I enjoy doing.

I'm currently in the trows of shifting my collection, 4700 figures, back into my toy soldier room that has recently been renovated, and you see all about that in this thread https://forum.treefrogtreasures.com...ges-of-being-on-lock-down&p=882513#post882513
