Hello fellow Collectors!
I have a small collection of FIW Jenkins I bought when on holiday in France.
I am looking to buy more, do I have to order them from Hong Kong?
I am new to collecting, having been occupied with radio controlled aeroplanes previously.
Is the Knights of the sky collection discontinued?
Many thanks.

Here is one of my radio controlled planes;

Welcome to the hobby and the forum.
The Knights of the Skies series is still very much in production although most of the earlier releases are no longer available through JJD. Many of the dealers still have older stock so it pays to scan different shops to see what they have. Some of the harder to find aircraft show up time to time on ebay. Take some time and go through the Knights of the Skies thread under the John Jenkins header and you will be able to see many photos, review, and critiques about the various pieces JJD has made in the series. Welcome aboard. -- Al

Since you are in the UK, why don't you contact Grey Goose Collectibles. They are the dealer in the UK for John Jenkins.

Great! Thank you all, I look forward to collecting more and seem to be addicted to these figures!

I visited Grey Goose buy cannot buy from the website.
I also found another site jjduk? Is this Johns own company in the UK?
It is much cheaper than Grey Goose.
I saw QF30 drummer and officer for £46 on jjduk but it is £65 on Greygoose? I do not understand how the price can be so different? Neither site have all lines available. Any pointers very welcome.

Re Knoghts of the sky I am on a hunt and already picked up my favourite plane from USA free delivery! 😀

You can also buy of eBay there is a seller in Italy that's sells them at reasonable price and every so often postage is free

If you like aeroplanes then try Thomas Gunn they sell First World War aeroplanes and Second World War
And they are also very good

Hope it helps

I think jjduk was the prior dealer and they are selling off the stock they have remaining. As one of the people who replied noted, there are other dealers out there, if you can get a better price.

Hi,
And welcome to the forum.
JJDUK were the sole UK distributor until the Summer of this year. Grey Goose is now the official sole UK distributor. JJDUK may have some sets available, but once they're sold out they're sold out.

Grey Goose don't have online ordering, but if you email or call Clive Gande at Grey Goose (he doesn't bite), he will be able to order for you if the sets are still available. You may want to check the JJD website first (http://www.johnjenkinsdesigns.com) which lists the current status of what is currently available, although it's not always up to date.
You may also want to check out Treefrog Treasures (http://www.treefrogtreasures.com) or Sierra (http://www.sierratoysoldier.com) as they may have sold out sets still available (although they are in the US, so you may have to pay postage and customs charges/VAT etc - Rough rule of thumb from experience, add 30% to the stated prices, and that should give a rough idea of the total costs. Free shipping is available if you spend over $250, so that may cushion the blow a bit)

PM me if you have any questions!

Pete

I am in the UK and I buy from this Italian seller

http://www.tsrare.com/toysoldiers.asp?m=52&novita=1

She also has an ebay store and will often reduce items by 10-15% and take offers - postage is free for orders over 120 Euros and it is fast - by Fedex.

...I can second the suggestion above.....used them many times, totally hassle free.......prices okay and sometimes they have sold out ('rare') sets.....and as noted, the delivery time is extremely fast considering they are being sent over from Italy.....
