which range are these from (1 Viewer)

I looked at bill sager's site but I haven't figured out which range these two K&C figures belong to . Anyone know?

They're from the Pipes & Drums set. If you go Bill's site and go to Ceremonial Military, you'll find them. They never much interested me; there was just something about them that didn't appeal to me unlike Nelson's Navy and Royal Navy, which I have and like.
