Which Toy Soldier Magazine Is Better? (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of subscribing to either "Toy Soldier and Model Figure" or "The Toy Soldier Collector". Anyone have an opinion on which one is better?

Dear jrsteel,
I subscribe to both magazines. Biggest difference is that Toy Soldier Collector ("TSC") is currently bimonthly while Toy Soldier & Model Figure (TSMF") is monthly. On a per issue basis, TSMF costs less. While TSC focuses exclusively on toy soldiers, TSMF has a section on 1/6 (G.I. Joe size) figures. If you can only afford one, I would probably get TSMF only because it comes more frequently.

I also subscribe to both magazines and agree with Steven that TS&MF would be best because of more issues per year and better cover of shows. I like both magazines and look forward to each issue. John
