Hey Matt,

Have you noticed I've not got into any arguments, what a good boy I am!!{eek3}^&grin:wink2:

Now Matt, I'm not asking you to give any secrets away and I know you wouldn't, but could you give us any hint to what direction your next Gettysburg release may take us?. Do you forsee any Artillery or cavalry in the near future...can we expect any....oh for gods sake I'm just going to come the hell out with it and ask the question...will you be heading up the Little Round Top do you think Matt???^&grin:wink2:

Cheers

Rob

Hi, Rob,

Yes, you have been a good boy. I have noted this down and should we cross paths at, say, one of the up coming London shows, I will be sure to stick a gold star on your forehead and make you wear a First Legion T-Shirt for at least a few minutes (long enough to take a photo!) that says "Almost Converted". ^&grin

Now, as for Gettysburg and all things ACW. Well, beyond the Union dismounted cavalry, I can only confirm at this point that the next release will be more Rebs and an artillery set of some flavor or another is not far off.

As for Little Round Top specifically, of course. We won't do every regiment that fought there, however, across all of the units, dress, and pose variety that we'll do, you should be able to very faithfully recreate that section of the battle. I have no doubt we'll do a Chamberlain at some point as well.

Hope this helps!

Best,

Matt

Rob ,
My friend the million dollar question is... will you buy if they do any and all the things you mention :wink2: Regards Gebhard

Hi Matt,

^&grin With my receding hairline theres probably room for half a dozen Gold stars up there!^&grin:rolleyes2:

Thats a huge help thank you very much for the info. Your ACW range is just superb, I don't know how I've resisted for so long, but I think I'm going to crack in London!:wink2:.I have been wanting to have a totally different collection from the two World Wars for a while now and after considering Napoleonic and Zulu Wars I've settled on the ACW. Another thing that is encouraging me to start your ACW range is that I understand they should be around for sometime to come before being retired, as I may only be able to pick up a couple at a time this will be a big help. The Little round top info sounds great . Hope to meet you in London at one of the shows, all the best

Rob

Hey Gebhard, I certainly will! :smile2: At the moment I am (long term)planning two ACW dio's, one featuring FL only figures and one featuring Britains, Conte and K&C together.

I was joking with Matt about not getting into these arguments, but you know what Gebhard, I look at all these companies and every one of them FL,Conte,K&C,Britains etc all make excellent figures, and I sit there and think 'I love this hobby, what the Hell is the point in arguing about it!'^&grin

As I say I may only be able to pick up a couple of FL figures at a time, but I sure am looking forward to getting started^&cool. Look for the news you never thought you'd hear in June mate!^&grin:wink2:

All the best to both of you guys

Rob

Hmmm. That's a really interesting twist of events my friend. I will look forward to seeing what you can do.

Thanks mate. Reports of 'WW2 Rob' dying are grossly exaggerated, I'll always collect WW2^&cool. I just fancy a sideline of a different era:smile2:. I blame that UK Reb and his superb dio's, well thats what I'll be telling the wife when I ask her for more money anyway!:wink2:
