Hi Zach,

The figure in your picture is depicted in the livery of John Howard Duke of Norfolk, holding the Duke of Norfolk's Standard. From quite an old JJD promo pic.

I think you will find this figure HAS already been released ( see my pic) - but in the livery of Henry Tudor and holding a Henry Tudor Banner.

The two figures are identical if compared. ( apart of course from the livery, the Standard and Banner.)

As John has so far produced a unique figure for each Heraldic Banner/Banner/Standard bearer I would think if he does decide to release a figure with the Duke of Norfolk's Standard,
it would be different again. So I would not think we will see the original figure/Standard (your pic) released in that particular form. (Hence he has not appeared yet)

But then again...........
