These are first class facades made by Ollie Jolly in England. You will find his work (incl the one you posted) in the diorama accessory section of the forum. They are individually made and 1/30 scale.
Mine arrived last week. Not yet certain whether I will use them in a larger diorama or keep them on my glass shelf displays. I did set them up quickly last night out of curiosity, though.
