Guys
Wow!!!!!! let me give you a very blurred eye!! account.
Saturday for me and Bob started at 3am with dodging the homeward bound drunks of London to put up signs for the show.
I can tell you as we past the exact spot where the bus bomb was in july and we took a look at the flowers iam sure the whole of London went quiet.
The 4.30am traders started to turn up (those that had not started to set up on the Friday) so Bob and myself went from being the display team to being the directional show team!! Another hat or is it a broom?
6.30 am (customers started to turn up and have a nose around.
7.30 am i manned our 11 table strong K&C display set up (in fact 60ft long) must have taken the short straw as Sue Mike and the rest of the sales team (alleged family) were off having breakfast after only getting up at 6am
next thing i knew our table was stormed it was like somebody had told K&C collectors we were giving the stuff away!! (by the way we dont!!) The new Sherman was the hottest cake we had and they are for sure this years must have for Christmas. I have infact bagged one for myself after the reaction on Saturday (not quite the Winter Tiger foray) but still.
10 am (offical show open time) and we were by now fully up to strength with Mike Sue Myself and my son and three helpers behind the K&C UK stand. Oh and Andy (who thought he was just going to chat!!)

with in 30mins even the master of K&C was in selling mode. Andy thank you very mush for your help.
The day then went into a blur (by the way still no Grub for me!!) no no dont feel sorry! anybody that knows me i need a few pounds off.
Andy then used a lame excuse to go and have a coffee with Hans as his way of getting out hard labour! tusk tusk!
next watch check 2pm!!!!!! where did it all go! time that is.
my boy Luke of 11 was a star and now is an expert on WWII paras as he was talking and selling to a retired WWII para who went on to buy! thats my boy.
great meeting all those that managed to make it (Hans sorry i did not get more time to chat! or for you to throw a cocktail over any of my food!) Joe very nice meeting you and i presume mean you picked up your DD65 not 45!
4pm and we were still hard at it (show officially closed!) we as we speak are getting a call after call from both traders and customers alike praising the show. Its not Chicago (and you wont get the room trading like you do there) but with 100 traders and 236 tables and 1130 visitors it makes for a truly good time. I agree with Joe not a lot of K&C old stuff but then Joe you need to know who to ask!! wink wink say no more! Mike and i got a nice couple of bits!
IWM in the evening (well this report i will have to leave to Bob as with a slight mix up i was still dismantaling our stand and loading up the lorry) mind i manage to get there for the last half hour after a mad rush in a cab across town. Boy it looked Good with all the real stuff on display and the lights and K&C UK logos spinning around. Bob you will have to fill in the guys in on this one.
look out in all the trade press for reports on the Show as we have had already drafts through already. Plus also Bob is getting stuff together to publish pics and reports on

Brad your correct Andy had the Finished Master for the said ranges and WOW do they or do they look good. Bob has some pics etc of these and is speaking to Andy if it is OK to publish.
Anyway those Shermans are not going to move on their own so off to ship them around the world. Move on out
