Paying attention to the small details is what set First Legion apart from the rest of the miniature manufactories. I have chose to demonstrate that by showing how they went to the extra trouble of making two version of the French musket. One version is using the regular top musket band, which is a single ring. Then the second is a light infantry version which has a double top ring. With some companies you are hard press to even tell the difference between a Napoleonic musket and a Civil War rifle. All guns seem to be the same in thier eyes and no attempt to show any details. Not so with First Legion. They have gone to the trouble of making two versions so the finished figures would be historical correct. I have post four pictures illustrate my point.

King's Man
Picture one a full figure of a Marching Fusilier (regular troops)
Picture two a full picture of a Marching Voltiguer (light troops)
Picture three a close-up of the Fusiler's top musket band (a single ring)
Picture four a close-up of the Voltiguer's top musket band (a double ring)
