I believe that right after the Show ends, there's some service available.

I 've been been several times to Chicago, flew from Florida and back, never had a single problem with airport security. I bring a "duffle" type back for the return trip and check it. Then carry on a "roller" type suitacase and a "backpack" loaded with metal.

Its heavy for sure, but nothing broken and no issues. I am doing the same this year.

Ditto to that. In 2005, I packed everything very carefully and I had a lot. I put the bags through the Xray machine and the security checkers are looking at it for a couple of minutes. I was afraid I was going to have to take it out of the bags and explain what it was when one of them comes over and whispers to me "what period?" I nearly cracked up and he gave me a big smile. True story.

To answer your question, yes at past shows UPS has set up a table. The lady usually doesnt get there until around 4:30pm to 5pm though. Ask someone at the hotel or one of the big dealers like Figariti because they usually ship their stock home. Hope this info was helpful.

Dear History. The hotel offers both UPS and Fedex if you miss the the service show side just go to or call the front desk and they will assist you.
My experiance has taught me it is better and safer to go with more boxes under 30lbs than fewer heavy boxes.
