Hi, I use to really be into William Britain (When they were good) so like 1999'ish
Anyways I'm thinking about selling the two famous Troiani sets "The Lone Star" and the Irish Brigade one, I got them when they were about 200 dollars. They are in mint condition, have been in a glass display case. They have the original miniprint still in its plastic sleeve. Just wondering if anyone would know how much they would go for?
thanks

There is a similar (Lone Star) set on Ebay right now started at 95 dollars and had 1 bid last time I checked. Hope this helps

Hi. There is one on MKL's (UK) site for near on $500. So I guess anywhere between these two prices.

Just checked MKL Models site and both 'Clear The Way' and 'Lone Star' are both nearly $500!! So it would seem that the set on Ebay is a bargain compared to those.

Hobby bunker and Mich toy soldier have a set called Lee's Texans and the Irish Brigade by Don T. for 170 each. The lone star on E-bay is a Britain's Regiment Set sorry for the error. Hope this helps

So does Treefrog Treasures;) , but they are not Britains, they are from the Troiani company itself.
Don Troiani came out with his own line of toy soldiers based on his paintings a few years ago. Haven't seen anything new from them for a long time though so I'm not even sure it's still going.
Regards,
