William Britains never responds to emails why since new ownership (1 Viewer)

Hi all I sent a few emails asking about zulu war exclusives they had regularly over the years until now none,
and questions about certains items, they never respond, even when I wanted to purchase a club figure ( us branch ) no response

The UK side are fantastic and helpful whats the go with william britains new owners and US branch

I think they are going thru some growing pains after the sale of the company.. I believe they moved their facilities and it is an ownership group as opposed to a single owner. In terms of the Zulu range there has been almost nothing released to purchase since the collector club figure. Still looking for the rocket battery this winter. On the brighter side this pause has helped my wallet with the sky high US dollar lol This year was the least amount of money I had spent since I started collecting. Hoping they respond to you once they get going again

Hi there personally haven't experienced this with them but I waited a few weeks after the move to send an email. I would try again now before the London Show and see if you can get your questions answered. Also if you have the opportunity to be st the up coming show you show stop by their table and make your complaint in person, I am certain that Ken will make sure your questions are answered.
