A British man makes it to the Wimbledon Finals for the first time in 74 years and not a peep out of our UK brothers? It may not be as important as the Battle of Britain but it has been longer. Murray actually leads in the first set as I type this. Go Murray! Update - Murray has won the first set! -- Al
 
Not only that but Bradley Wiggins is now wearing the yellow jersey after yesterdays stage of the Tour.
 
Sorry guys, been too enthralled to post, he's playing very well so far and one set up.

I be a genuis.:rolleyes2: Sitting here watching the match and I notice the camera keeps panning to a guy wearing a blue ball cap with a stylized RF in white. Now, all I can think is 'why is this guy wearing a cap advertising the Republic of France?'. :tongue:{sm3} -- Al

If Murray can pull this off, I give you all three guesses who gets the lead role in the remake of 'Braveheart'. Murray is in a bit of trouble at the moment. Of course, this could all be part of a plot by the Blamanches! -- Al

More convinced now than ever that there is an insidious advertising campaign being waged by the French. I have seen red, white, and blue caps with the RF emblems. What else could it mean, and what are the French trying to accomplish? I think it is sneaky advertising for the French Open. What nerve!{eek3}^&grin -- Al

Congrats to Federer. Murray was a game and not too overmatched an opponent. Murray impressed me quite a bit. Federer is just too much Federer. -- Al
