:( Hello Andy! Many ofus Die-Hard K & C Collector's haven't gotten a chance to Purchase your WS-70 " Winter Tiger Tank"! Because of shortage's among the Dealer's? Will you be making another Batch for us? Also, same goes with the NEW British Sherman Tank? I hope that the NEW Afrika Korps Sets, will not meet this same Shortage Criteria?
 
I don't think there will be anymore winter Tigers.I Was concentrating on my Normandy/D-day sets when the Tiger was announced,but as soon as i saw it i knew i had to get it.Its often like that with K&C,you have to make fairly quick decisions,but it really is worth it in the long run.I don't think the new AK sets will be in short supply,but i did get my order for the Rommel set in as soon as it was on the UK website.I suppose its all about deciding which range to stick to,it would be very,very difficult to collect all at the same time(although i'm giving it a **** good try!)
 
Hey John, Hobby Bunker was down to their last Winter Tiger as of last Sunday, my guess is it's gone now, but they may have a British Sherman or try George G. at mmtoysoldiers, pretty sure he still has the Sherman available.

The British Sherman was designed to be a UK thing only. However, Andy made an extra 200 for the US, bringing the total to 700. I don't know if it's Strictly Limited but it is called a Special Edition. At any rate, there aren't many to be had in this country. If you can get one, I'd do it quickly. I don't believe Andy will be making any more of these. The UK price is also more expensive than the US price due to currency fluctuations. The US is around $126 and in the UK it's approximately $155 before shipping.

The Winter Tiger is a Strictly Limited item. It's gone and Andy will not be making any more of this. The price on these has steadily climbed so they're fetching around $325 so if you can find one (other than on ebay), I wouldn't tarry because I can't see the price going down.

The Greif will also be Strictly Limited, limited to 750, and I've talked to a few dealers and there are a lot of pre-orders already so I wouldn't hesitate on this one either. The rest of the new AK series is not limited so I don't think you need to worry there.

Not often you need correcting but you guys do not pay European VAT therefore it works out to $137 US based on an exchange rate of $1.8 to the UK£ (which currently if you were to use your credit card to pay you would get $1.7 to the UK£ making it $130US).

We use the $1.80US exchange to be safe.

Shipping on top of this making it Roughly $145 - 155 to your door. So close but the $155 includes shipping.

But spend enough and i will do a deal on shipping!!!:D

Also for John and anybody else the 500 UK British Shermen have a numbered certificate in from K&C UK. AND YES THERE IS ONLY 500!!!!certificates

Oops, I meant to mention that. That actually works out pretty well, with shipping.

Tony, do the US based ones come with a certificate and the special box or is that UK only? If they don't, maybe you can run me off one, heh-heh!:D

Sorry me old matey the certificates were all printed before hand!!!:D Or Brad send me $155 for the certifictae and i will give you a free Sherman!!!! how about that fro a deal.

Whilst i am on it Spend £200k on my cat and you get a free house!!:D
