I know several companies have recreated this shot with the 007 tank but I was wondering if anyone knew which tank was part of this photo.

I ran this by an acquaintance of mine who's a bit of an authority on things Tiggy tank, here's what he says...

"It has not yet been possible to find the number of this Tiger but it is a Tiger from 2nd Kp which he commanded. It might/possibly be one of the Command Tigers so for sure it is one of 17 tanks.
If you are a real nerd then it is a monocular sighted Tiger with an off-set handle on the loader's hatch so it is possible to narrow it down further by excluding all those Tigers from 2nd Kp shown in photos to be without without those 2 features."
