I read it last night but can't access it this morning as I'm not a WSJ subscriber. You will probably be able to read it once so you may want to print out a copy. If that doesn't work, I will be picking up a printout from a friend and will try to post that towards the end of this week. Barring that, I can email it to anyone who's interested.

I read the actual paper version on Saturday. I found it very interesting. I admit I have often thought of Germany as being the kid surrounded by bullies who takes the first swing. This article seemed to have a fair amount of facts that debunk that and show Germany, and equally, Austro-Hungary they responsible parties. It also discusses Russia's part and that it too had a part, but seems to give them a pass without really backing it up. I wrote down all the books referenced so I could go read it for myself.
