Matt,

I found this on a Russian forum. I hope this means that the Wurttemberg infantry will be released soon.

Dear Matt,
great, to see more Wurttembergers ! :D:D
Can you tell us please : how many different figures will you release in this range of the First Line Inf. Reg.?
Congratulation also to your new figures of the imperial old guard and the buildings.
Excellent work !

There will be two different regiments in the initial release - the 1st and 6th regiments of line, both of which fought at Borodino. Each regiment will be made up of the following 8 figures...

Standard Bearer
2 x Officer
NCO
Drummer
3 x Different Privates Marching

The 1st Regiment has Yellow facings piped in white, the 6th Regiment has white facings piped in red.

I'll post some additional images soon...

Regards,

Matt

Great stuff Matt. Just please don't forget us humble Anglophiles and Equinophiles.;):D

Matt, I found these pictures in Zlobov's gallery, a Russian site, of the new First Legion Wurttemberger Infantry:

http://www.modelsculpt.org/gallery/?id=151&PHPSESSID=584c5156f0596862c27cf2a7f42d4710

I trust these are First Legion sculpts - but a different paint job? It seems that these are in a true St. Petersburg standard.

Yes, those are our figures. They look like true St. Petersburg standard because they are. They're images of our paint masters........those actual figures shown are now here in china getting all beat up and destroyed during the mastering process for production (it's heart breaking).
